Acclaim  SSIP

Acclaim  is a registered member of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) and is an  online assessment for Health and Safety compliance. SSIP pulls together  multiple occupational health and safety schemes with the aim of reducing  costs and duplication for both suppliers and buyers, particularly in the  construction industry.  As a SSIP  Approved Designer, OTB demonstrates health and safety competence in relation  to construction regulations including CDM 2015, and SSIP core criteria  endorsed by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

BSI

As a  British Standards Institute (BSI) Member, OTB is linked to a global leader in standards. BSI is a byword for integrity and innovation, and its expertise is trusted worldwide. OTB has access to information resources such as national and international standards, and research support.

Builder's Profile

Builder’s  Profile is an open-access Common Database service providing compliance and  PQQ information to the construction industry. OTB as a Builder's Profile  Community Member showcases expertise and qualifications to main contractors  or clients.

Constructionline

Constructionline is an online pre-qualification database that is used in the construction industry in the UK. This health and safety accreditation platform is accessed by members including the central government, local authorities, and main contractors, and aims to match buyers with contractors to simplify the tender and supply chain processes. OTB retains Constructionline Gold Membership,  which demonstrates that we maintain high standards regarding governance and risk management, and a commitment to abide by legislation regarding modern slavery, corruption and anti-bribery.

Achilles

BuildingConfidence  is the UK’s highest level of construction accreditation, which involves  specialising in policies and systems that are crucial for maintaining high  standards in the construction industry. These include Development,  Management, and the enhances of business management systems. Having passed  the BuildingConfidence Gold CAS desktop assessment, OTB is a member of the  Achilles Network of validated and audited suppliers and sub-contractors and  major buyers working together to   create a safer, more sustainable and efficient UK construction  industry; it shows our commitment to a higher level of safety and risk  management.

CIRAS

CIRAS is the transport sector’s confidential safety hotline. It provides staff with the opportunity to raise health, well-being and safety concerns not just at  OTB but at any work site, when hey feel they can’t use internal reporting channels. By upholding   ISO 14001 certification for our headquarters (the London office),  issued by an independent UKAS accredited certification body, OTB demonstrates  that we are committed to a sustainable future and regulatory compliance. RISQS

The  Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme, (RISQS), is a centralised  platform used by major railway organisations in the UK, such as Network Rail  and Transport for London, to evaluate and pre-qualify suppliers. It serves as  a critical link between railway operators and suppliers, ensuring that only  competent and reliable companies are allowed to provide goods and services  within the railway sector. Key Requirements of RISQS include Health and  Safety Compliance, Quality Management Systems, Competency and Training,  Environmental Responsibility, Financial Stability, Ethical Practices,  Security and Cybersecurity, and Rail-Specific Requirements. OTB is RISQS  audited for 34 codes, and verified for another 11 codes.
