BIM’s centralisation of data ensures a single source of truth on projects. It helps Engineers and Clients to understand and visualize critical decisions for the successful delivery of projects. OTB uses BIM to develop information loaded 3D models, that enable collaboration, lifecycle management, visualisation and clash detection. We operate a Common Date Environment (CDE) in line with BS ISO 19650. We offer a practical and efficient use of BIM to ensure efficient project delivery.
